Job Title: Documentation Exception Clerk
Branch: Enid Main
Department: Credit Administration
Grade: 8
Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri
Required Skills: Person will be responsible for maintaining all of
the Bank's loan exception items on the documentation exception
system. Will also be responsible for tracking loan agreement
requirements, construction loan requirements, construction loan
requirements, and documentation with maturities. Prepare and distribute
exception and expiring items reports on a monthly basis. Knowledge
of Word and Excel is required.
Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor

Required Skills: Employee will be responsible for recording and
completing the setup of new incoming mortgage application. Will
assemble and maintain loan files in accordance with standard
policy/procedures. Will order and monitor the process of private
mortgage insurance, appraisal, flood determination, title work, payoff
request and verifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is
a must.

Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required.

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri
Required Skills: Employee will serve customers by performing all
duties of a paying and receiving teller in addition to providing
personal contact between the customer and the bank through sales
opportunities and/or referrals. Will actively sell and perform
customer service functions with regard to deposit/loan products and
financial services. Previous banking experience a plus.
