Job Title: Part-time Call Center Representative Branch: Enid Department: Operations Grade: 8 Work Hours: 9:00am - 11:00pm, Mon-Fri (Hours will vary)                     8:00am - 2:00pm, Saturday                    12:00pm - 6:00pm, Sunday Required Skills: Individual must be able to answer and address customer inquiries in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.  Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently and have good computer skills.  Must be able to work on weekends.      Job Title:  Part-time Items Processing Clerk Branch:  Enid Department:  Operations Grade:  7 Work Hours:  3:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.  Monday - Friday   Required Skills:  Individual will be responsible for all aspects of capturing, reject re-entry, correcting, and balancing of our customers' daily transactions.  Responsible for production of outgoing cash letters and sent electronically for deposit each day.  Assist bank employees in image and/or transaction research.  Knowledge of 10-key and basic computer skills is required.      Job Title:  Prepaid Product Specialist Branch:  Enid Department:  Operations Grade:  8 Work Hours:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Monday - Friday   Required Skills:  Individual will be responsible for balancing all transaction/fee settlement accounts including daily settlement and adjustments.  Must maintain a detailed understanding of the Prepaid Card Network and be able to effectively communicate in all areas of the prepaid products with our vendors.  Basic accounting skills is required and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.  Work hour requirements may include extended hours beyond 8 to 5.
